Urban Art Collection: RONE

Melbourne based urban artist RONE (a.k.a. Tyrone) has been in the urban art scene for a while now – starting with stencils in 2001, his pieces have adorned walls around the world, and has been in a number of exhibitions globally.

His latest exhibition, Lumen, held in Melbourne (for more details, visit: http://r-o-n-e.com/), showcases his style in capturing the infamous “Jane Doe”.

In all honesty, I’ve only seen a handful of his stuff but each time I do, minutes fly by as I’m mesmerised by technique and awesome detail in his pieces. Truly awesome.

Below is a small collection of RONE’s pieces – hopefully there’ll be more in the future (maybe there are a few more around town, although I haven’t really explored in great detail).

Enjoy!
